EDA Adult Fitness Programs
Our fitness program is designed for those who are looking for general fitness classes that are really fun, but provide you with a dynamic exercise class to achieve your objectives. People in this program will learn all of the important aspects and techniques of Fitness. Many combinations will be taught throughout the year with varying routines being taught. Attendance is also very important if you really want to see positive results from this program....
