Bringing Small Group fitness to you. Class sizes are limited to no more then 10 people to give the best possible experience during your classes. We believe in the overall health and wellness of our members. Our classes are designed for all ages and abilities. Below you will see some of the classes we are offering.
Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
This class is designed for all workout abilities. Various types of workouts will be used during this class. All designed to help overall function for every day life. Build a strong mind and body during this class. Light weights and suspension training is incorporated into the class.
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates called his method "Contrology". If focuses on breathing, control, centering, flow and stamina along with many other aspects. A yoga mat, block/ring is highly suggested for this class.
A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Styles practiced will be 11:11, Hatha, Meditative & Vinyasa.

Small group training: 4 ppl max $20 per person
Private sessions: $45 per 45 minute session
Why a Membership Fee:
Our yearly Membership fees give the client access to special Center pricing on classes and other events. Along with the membership they will have VIP access to POP UP classes and other special events.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED for classes. No drop ins allowed due to COVID-19. Clients are able to cancel up to 12 hours before scheduled class and receive a credit for the class. Under 12 hours results in loss of class fee and NO REFUND. Same for no shows. Notification must be received in writing via email.
