Fitness Classes Offered



 Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Tuesday/Thursday 9:00-10:00

Fridays 6:30 - 7:30



This class is designed for all workout abilities. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body-weight exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity.

Dust off your tap shoes and join us for a fun class of Tap and laughs.  For Beginner through advanced tappers. 

Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00
